Chapel Rock Community Development
So happy to attend the groundbreaking for the remake of our local Chapel Hill Park this morning. Due to a general grant from Lilly Endowment and another from Indy Parks, this park is getting a much needed and long overdue upgrade. We are thankful for the partnership between our friends at Chapel Hill United Methodist Church and Indy Parks. This will be a huge blessing to the West Side.

WELL – Westside English Language Learning
The WELL Vision is: To welcome and serve our international neighbors in the spirit of Christ through language, love and learning.
We are looking for men and women to work with adult students as volunteer teachers or classroom assistants. WELL will offer a children’s program for the children of our adult English students. This is an opportunity for men, women & teens to volunteer as teachers and classroom assistants as they love, play, care for and teach children from birth through age 12.

Chapel Rock Community Development hosted the West Side Chamber Business Forum on December 15, 2022. Business owners and leaders from various sectors came to share ideas about community development. We learned from each other and built relationships along the way. Many thanks to Jerry Knoop of Affinitates for facilitating the discussion, and for the video below.
