Chapel Rock Community Development is a church-based community development corporation that is creating opportunities of renewal and transformation for people residing on the West Side of Indianapolis, IN. We operate under the 501(c)(3) non-profit organization of Mission Indy. We are not a government agency. As a non-profit, we are tax-exempt and may receive funding from private and public sources.
